Our first step is to conduct a Business Assessment meeting with our clients to create an analysis of the current status of the business and to understand client's goal.
After the completion of the Business Assessment, we then set up goals, and develop a solid plan with our client; including assigned tasks and completion dates. Each task is intended to move our client towards a solid and sustainable business model, to build a capable organization and to secure lasting results.
Business Assessment: Prior to begin work, together we evaluate all sectors of a firm's business, set out the terms and parameters, and establish a “consulting agreement”.
Consulting Phase: The Consulting Phase typically includes a final presentation with a solid analysis, plan and recommendations.
Implementation Phase: based on previous agreed recommendations, develop an implementation plan including assigned tasks and completion dates.
